Anti-Money Laundering

We are required by law to conduct anti-money laundering checks on all those selling or buying a property. We retain responsibility for ensuring checks and any ongoing monitoring are carried out correctly, these initial checks are carried out using Landmark Information Group. If you are selling a property, these checks will need to be completed before your property is advertised. If you are buying a property, these checks will need to be completed before a sales memorandum can be released.
